Service Level Guarantee
We guarantee an uptime of 99.5% not including regular scheduled maintenance outages. We have redundant internet connections and power backup with UPS and standby generators to guarantee continuous connection to the internet.
We regularly perform maintenance on all service to keep all patches up to date. We perform all server maintenance outside of normal business hours and patching is performed between 12am and 3am once a month except for emergency patches.
If we fail to meet this guarantee we will issue 1 month’s credit upon request for each outage exceeding 12 hours limited to 1 credit for any given month and is applied to the next billing cycle.
